Timothy J. Ryan

Since founding an architectural firm in Albany, New York in 1983,
Tim has been a leading figure in the design of branch environments
and the development of profitable branch networks. In 1990, Tim was
co-founder of a consulting firm which specialized in branch network
planning and branch design, working with banks large and small all
across the United States. The development of branch prototypes based
on new operational models has been a particular focus of Tim's work.
Tim has been a speaker at numerous banking conferences in the United
States and abroad and has contributed to a number of publications on
topics related to delivery system planning and branch design. He
received Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architectural degrees
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
As managing partner of Branch Development Group, Tim is responsible
for the company's branch design and strategy work.
Robert Vinnacombe
Managing Partner
Educated in Marketing and Sales, Robert has managed the marketing
and sales of national and international companies for over 30 years.
Robert began working with small branch formats in the 1990’s as a
partner in a branch design and development company specializing in
small branches and alternative delivery systems. This experience led
to his work with one of the largest bank branch builders in the US
and more recently as a director and consultant for the company that
started the in-store branch phenomena. Independently consulting and
educating since 2004, Robert has been an advocate and leader in the
transition toward smaller, more efficient branching models.
As a partner in Branch Development Group, Robert has worked closely
to perfect the NovoBranch concept and bring the future of profitable
branches to reality. Robert is a principal of Branch Development
Group and manages the implementation phases of the company’s
projects.
